These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of butenkoart.ca and butenkoart.com, operated by BUTENKO ART STUDIO, an independent design and software studio based in British Columbia, Canada. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All material on this site, including the design, text, imagery, artwork and code, is owned by BUTENKO ART STUDIO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission. The BUTENKO ART STUDIO name and any associated marks are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Permitted use

You may browse and use the site for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest or collect data from the site by automated means;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
